SHIPPING & RETURNS
Ronen Chen offers worldwide shipping through GLOBAL-E, a trusted third-party company.
- We ship worldwide inclusive of all duties and taxes.
- For every region, customers will be offered two shipping options on checkout, with both options offering a tracked service. Express shipping is operated via DHL while a second, non-express option is subject to specific regions.
- The total cost of shipping to your region can be viewed once you've progressed to checkout.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of us receiving your order, except on bank holidays.

It’s important to us that you’re completely satisfied with your order. It's okay to regret - and make a return. Please take a moment to read our return process.
Before you start your return, please read our return conditions* below to check you are eligible for a return.
- Click the Create a Return button at the bottom of our home page, so we can email you a return shipping label.
- Enter your order number (contained within your confirmation email) and the email address you made the order with.
- Choose the items you would like to return and select the reason for return.
- Choose the method of return. You can select from a number of options including via one of our subsidised, reputable couriers.
- A returns label will be created. Please print this label.
- Pack your return. We recommend using a shipping bag and wrapping the items tightly to avoid increased shipping costs or damage during shipment. Attach the returns label securely to the outside of the package.
- Ship the package according to the instructions of the shipping courier you have chosen.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have immediately. Once the return is accepted, simply start a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
